Carolina Drywall Tech was built from years of service, a move into residential construction and a realization that drywall was something worth specializing in.

After 9/11, owner Anthony joined the Marine Corps to serve his country. He retired in 2022, but he wasn’t ready to leave that sense of service behind. He became a police officer at Cherry Point, continuing in a role where showing up, being dependable and doing things right mattered.

In 2025, Anthony made the move into residential construction, working on remodels and additions. That’s where he really got into drywall. He enjoyed the precision involved in getting a repair or finish just right and realized it was something he was good at.

He also noticed a need in the area. Plenty of contractors offer drywall as part of a much larger list of services, along with remodeling, framing, flooring and other work. Carolina Drywall Tech was created to be different. Drywall isn’t just one of the things we do. It’s what we do.

Today, Anthony works alongside his son, making Carolina Drywall Tech a true father-and-son business. They take pride in the work that carries their name and in treating every home with respect. Whether it’s repairing damaged drywall, working on a ceiling or finishing new drywall, the focus is on clean, professional work that looks like it belongs there.
